Yolanda Lindsay is a Senior Vice President within Global Human Resources (GHR) for The Global Diversity and Inclusion Organization (GDIO). Lindsay is a strategist and program leader with 20+ years of experience in stakeholder collaboration, designing, launching, leading teams, and executing award-winning enterprise programs with significant impact. She is skilled in strategy, navigating complex global programming, and developing new initiatives from the ground up to broaden business impact, drive performance, and expand reach for a global, inclusive workforce.

In her role, she is responsible for leading the Global Women’s Portfolio & Strategy throughout the enterprise. Most recently, she led the Enterprise Women’s Executive Development Program (WEDP), which is an industry-leading, world-class talent development program. The program is designed to equip high potential global talent from all lines of business with education, experiences, and exposure to enable internal mobility, strengthen leadership pipelines, and increase retention.

Additionally, Lindsay designed enterprise programs such as the Academy for Management Excellence and held Market Leader roles in Consumer & Small Business. She currently leads education, awareness, and inclusion efforts within the GHR’s Diversity and Inclusion Council and is a member of all the bank’s Employee Network groups to continue to enhance her cultural knowledge and to foster inclusion and empathy.

Lindsay began her career at Bank of America in 2016, after a career spanning marketing, sales leadership, training, and strategy in the biopharmaceutical industry. Since joining the bank, she has held several leadership roles across Global Human Resources and within Consumer and Small Business.

Lindsay is committed to serving and being an active member of the community. She has served as the Teen Advisor and President of The South Charlotte Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. (children’s organization) and in several regional and national committees for 12 years. Lindsay serves as an active, Silver Star Member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She also supports and volunteers with Good Friends of Charlotte, Carolina Youth Coalition, Freedom Within Walls, and Families Forward Charlotte. Lindsay resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband and two sons.
