Alexis Fink, PhD, Joins CEO as Director
Alexis Fink, PhD — a three-decade technology and people-analytics executive, most recently VP of People Analytics and Workforce Strategy at Meta — is CEO’s new Director. She’ll lead our applied research and advisory work across organization design, transformation, and the future of work, and expand how we help organizations turn AI investment into real results. Her appointment brings deep analytics and organization design expertise to the Center at a moment when leaders are asking harder questions about what AI means for how work gets designed and led.
