I manage a team that performs strategic assessment based on trends and drivers for the Electricity Energy industry. Beyond my professional life, I’m also a member of the “sandwich generation”, balancing the care of my parents and raising two lively boys. Recognizing the importance of caregiving support, I co-founded the Caregiving Employee Resource Group (ERG) at MISO Energy. I currently serve on the Advisory Committee for the Caregiving Connections ERG Leadership team, where I advocate for all current and future caregivers within our organization.
