Beth Miller has over 20 years’ experience leading key HR strategies in the tech industry and providing council to senior executives and managers in all stages of the business lifecycle. Her expertise includes compensation, organizational development, talent management, and diversity, equity & inclusion.
Currently, Beth is responsible for leading HP’s Business Impact Network (BIN) program. These employee communities support traditionally underrepresented groups and drive diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. She leads the development of strategy and structure for HP’s BINs, HP’s global diversity celebrations, and HP’s presence at diversity conferences. Under Beth’s leadership, the number of BIN chapters has more than tripled in 6 years, to more than 130 chapters globally.
Beth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from George Fox University.
Beth enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. She lives and works in Corvallis, OR.
