CJ Casuto is a PM IV at CentralSquare Technologies working in the Public Safety & Justice Program Management office.  In her PM role, she supports law enforcement, fire, police, rescue and other first responders.  Prior to joining CentralSquare, CJ served in the US Air Force, earning 2 commendation medals for her wartime service.  As a disabled, veteran, CJ co-chairs 2 employee resources groups at CentralSquare. AdaptABLE brings support and awareness for the CST disabled population.  United in Service supports current and former first responders.  CJ has led the ERGS for 1.5 years, helping to start both ERGS from the ground up.

The ERGS have held company wide panel discussions highlighting what it’s like to work at CentralSquare as a person with a physical, psychological or emotional disability. CJ completed the Center for Effective organization (Marshall School of Business) year- long Leadership Certificate Program in September of 2022, as well  as USF Certificate of  Inclusive and Ethical Leadership Certificate in Mar 2022 & USF Certificate for Diversity Equity and Inclusion in the workplace certificate in March of 2021.

AdaptABLE has assisted in the review of software for usability and viability;  have brought wellness speakers to the organization to bring exercises and coping strategies during COVID.

The United in Service ERG has supported contributions to the fallen heroes of 911, hosted flag retirement ceremonies in North Carolina and conducted a panel with former and current first responders.  CJ completed the Center for Effective organization (Marshall School of Business) year long Leadership Certificate Program in September of 2022, as well  as USF Certificate of  Inclusive and Ethical Leadership Certificate in Mar 2022 & USF Certificate for Diversity Equity and Inclusion in the workplace certificate in March of 2021.
