Named one of Savoy Magazine’s 2023 Most Influential Leaders in Diversity & Inclusion, Davis continues to lead Ecolab’s progress toward its 2030 DE&I Impact Goals, focused on increasing management level gender diversity, management level ethnic/racial diversity and maintaining Ecolab’s pay equity in the U.S., expanding globally. His focus on continuing to grow an inclusive leadership culture is supported by Ecolab’s 11 Employee Resource Groups with more than 6,000 members in more than 60 countries.
Prior to joining Ecolab in 2022, Davis served as vice president, Talent Management and Chief Diversity Officer at Securian Financial where he drove significant enhancements to their DE&I, learning and development and talent acquisition programs, including significant impact growing diversity in management and senior management roles and driving increased diverse hires.
Before leading in the DE&I space, he held numerous leadership positions at large, multi-national companies leading HR and Procurement. Throughout his career, he has been driven to serve in roles where he can impact people and produce meaningful work.
Davis has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in psychology and an MBA from the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas. He is a Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional and serves on the board of the Minnesota Children’s Museum and the advisory boards of Dougherty Family College and Leadership U.
