Emmy Harrison is the Vice President of Human Resources for nVent’s Electrical & Fastening Solutions business, and co-chair of the ADAPT (All Differing Abilities Partnering Together) ERG. With over a decade of experience in executive compensation, workforce analytics, and HR strategy, Emmy has established herself as a pivotal business partner adept at driving people strategy and offering comprehensive counsel on a variety of human capital matters. As a caregiver to a sibling with neurodivergence, she is especially passionate about disability inclusion in the workplace, and helping foster a culture where individuals of all differing abilities and their caregivers thrive through a sense of belonging and holistic support.
