Heather has been on the front lines of building caregiver-friendly workplaces for 20 years, working with clients from Fortune 100 to start-ups. She has built some of the largest child care businesses in the U.S, including KinderCare and AuPairCare, co-founded an education company, and has advised both start-ups and nonprofits in the caregiving space. Heather is an author and speaker on issues related to caregiving, work and gender equity. She’s a graduate of Duke University and Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and trained as a caregiving coach with the Gottman Institute. An official member of the Sandwich Generation, she lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
