Jason has more than 20 years in advising companies on their strategic transformations. His experience spans many industries and roles in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, and Technology with positions based in Hong Kong and the United States. Jason currently works at Guidewire where he leads the company’s Technology Enablement team in San Francisco. Throughout his career, Jason has been active in giving back to his corporate and external communities via his leadership roles with employee resource groups (ERG). He is passionate about philanthropic and community-oriented efforts and has led ERG teams at Mercer, KPMG, and most recently at Salesforce, where he was the San Francisco President and Global Co-Vice President of its Asian ERG, Asiapacforce. Jason’s involvement in equality work has extended to support other Asian ERG communities in the Bay Area and he currently serves as Vice President of Asian Leaders Alliance (ALA). At ALA, Jason supports the development of the organization and led the creation of its first anti-xenophobia campaign that has been rolled-out to multiple ERGs in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. Jason is an advisor/ambassador to BayEcotarium and holds a BBA from Acadia University in Nova Scotia, Canada.
