Lainie Passero serves as the Business Management Executive for the Global Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) organization, supporting Bank of America’s commitment to being a diverse and inclusive workspace. Her work includes developing strategy, measurement and reporting, consulting with senior management in evaluating current methods, and developing strategies to implement changes and improvements. Lainie also serves as Market HR Partner for Southwest Florida and as the Chief Operating Officer of the LEAD for Women Employee Resource Group.
Lainie joined the bank in 1997 and has served in multiple roles, including driving associate and organizational effectiveness, providing leadership and support for Six Sigma and Business Process Management initiatives impacting associates across the Bank of America organization, and serving as the Strategic Assistance Business Learning & Operations Executive with responsibility for managing the sharing of information and best practices between Bank of America and China Construction Bank (CCB).
