Lynn’s business and operational experience spans over 20 years working with senior leaders in diverse industries. Her corporate background includes HR and financial positions for companies such as GE, Martin Marietta and Lockheed Martin. Through the lens of strategic retention, engagement, career development and diversity & inclusion, Lynn’s experience has propelled her client organizations to achieve long term success.
In her current role as Co-Owner of Talent Dimensions and Chief Operations Officer, Lynn is responsible for global delivery and solutions development, along with ensuring strategic operational excellence for the company as well as its client base.
Lynn recently co-authored the book, ‘Up is Not the Only Way’ with Dr. Beverly Kaye and Lindy Williams on the subject of Rethinking Career Mobility in order to meet today’s swiftly changing business landscape.
Lynn received her MBA from the University of Connecticut. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Communications from SUNY at Buffalo in New York. Additionally, she has worked with the University of Pennsylvania on an MS in Organizational Dynamics. She is Lumina Learning certified, Inter- national Career Consultant (ICC) certified as well as qualified in Myers Briggs (MBTI).
