Michael Nobleza is a social impact strategist, purpose coach, and cultural change agent committed to helping teams and organizations to get to the next level of impact and effectiveness. Currently, Michael is working with the Los Angeles County Office of Immigrant Affairs to support the region’s 3.6 million immigrants in accessing life-changing resources and services, including advocating for a countywide strategy for language access and supporting the equitable distribution of more than $10 million of American Rescue Plan Act funding to communities hardest hit by the COVID-19 pandemic.
