Mike has been with the company since 2009 and in his current role since August 2020. He was also the Amgen Black Employee Network (ABEN) Global Lead for the two years spanning 2019-2020. He is married with two children. In his free time, Mike enjoys working out, traveling, playing virtual & online games with family, reading spiritual & self-help books, audiobooks, and yoga/stretching routines.
Mike’s team includes Global Field Excellence, Global L&P, and Global DI&B. The Global Field Excellence group partners with regional field capability teams to establish guidance & support as the customer engagement model evolves. The Global L&P group coordinates with field leadership as a strategic thought partner in executing localized training and develops core content to enable effective field training with local trainers across all three GCO regions. The Global DI&B group increases awareness, education & strategic focus while driving work streams to enhance staff diversity recruitment, retention & aligned business applications.
