Molly Sjostrom is a proud mother of three who aspires to open hearts and minds through storytelling. She’s had a fulfilling 23 year career at General Mills, where she is now serves as Senior Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging Manager. In this role she is responsible for overseeing the management of the Cultural and Societal Inclusion pillars of their global inclusion strategy. Having served and allied as Vice President for Betty’s Family Network, General Mills’ LGBTQ+ employee network, she now leads the strategic vision and oversees operations across all seven employee networks, functional networks, and Inclusion Councils. Molly manages General Mill’s Courageous Conversations platform to help build empathy and the skills for true productive discourse and created a framework for our Allyship efforts and programming that has been shared across the organization and externally with a number of other organizations. In addition to her genuine commitment to advancing our culture of inclusion and belonging for all employees, Molly has a passion for dogs and the elderly and hopes to one day combine the two passions to bring joy to both. She enjoys being out in nature, reading, playing or coaching team sports & meditation. Molly loves spending time with her large family and close friends and feels lucky to be married to her best friend, Ryan.
