Racquel Racadio is the Director of Representation in Clinical Research in Amgen’s Research and Development Organization under Global Medical. She co-leads Amgen’s Representation In Clinical Research Team, also known as RISE. She serves on the Global Senior Leadership Team of the Amgen Black Employee Network and is also an active member of the Amgen Asian Association, Women Empowered to be Exceptional, Amgen Latino Employee Network, and PRIDE ERG. Racquel has been with Amgen for five years, bringing with her an extensive background in developing and executing clinical trials and public health research studying racial, ethnic, and sex-related disparities in health care access and health outcomes. She is currently a DrPH candidate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
