Rami Shani

Abraham B. (Rami) Shani is Full Professor of Management at the Orfalea College of Business, California Polytechnic State University. He has been a visiting Professor at The Stockholm School of Economics, Tel Aviv University and Politecnico Di Milano. His research interests include organizational change and development, creativity, collaborative research methodologies, learning in and by organizations, sustainability and sustainable effectiveness.

He is the author, co-author or co-editor of many books and articles including the annual research series “Research in Organization Change and Development” and “Organizing for Sustainable Effectiveness” with Emerald. His articles have appeared in numerous journals, such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, Organizational Dynamics, Research Policy and Sloan Management Review.
