Winnie Doeswijk

Winnie Doeswijk is the Global Head of Organisation Development at Novartis, based in Basel, Switzerland. With more than 20 years of experience in organisational development, Winnie leads a team of experts who support major business transformations through organisational health diagnosis, org design, implementation and change management. Besides directly working with senior leaders on projects that achieve real and lasting improvement, she’s created lasting capabilities through practical tools, great partnerships, and deep skill building. Prior to joining Novartis, Winnie spent over a decade at Shell where she led global transformation programs and managed teams of consultants. Having lived in 4 countries across the world, Winnie brings a truly global perspective to her work. She has a consulting background and has a degree in International Management, Business, Organisation and Strategy from Maastricht University.
