Dr. Toliver is an experienced leader with a rich management background across several disciplines including Customer Operations, Business Transformation, Lean Six Sigma, Sales Enablement, and Contract Compliance. As the Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) at Xerox, she leads the DIB strategy and roadmap to inspire culture change and ensure the company’s workforce mirrors the markets it serves. In 2022, she was recognized as one of Mogul’s Top 100 DEI Leaders. More recently, she was named one of the Top 15 Influential Women in Diversity by Diversity Global, DEI Executive of Year by HRO Today and The Women’s Alliance Positive Difference Award Honoree.
Dr. Toliver holds a Bachelor of Science in business management from Southern University, a Master of Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University, a Doctorate in Business Administration from Walden University, and a certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
She lends her skills and talents to serve her local community as the President of the Legacy of Service Foundation, Incorporated, Second Vice President of the Omicron Mu Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and Chairperson of the Imagine More Steering Committee at Westside Baptist Church.
