The 2023 Strategic ERG Leadership Summit

The Center for Effective Organizations (CEO) at the USC Marshall School of Business and Presenting Sponsor, Ecolab Inc., are proud to present the 2023 Strategic Employee Resource Group (ERG) Leadership Summit. Now in its 11th year, this data-driven learning event brings together ERG leaders, diversity, equity and inclusion executives, and executive sponsors for collaborative learning, innovation, and networking. This event has both an in person and virtual component, providing organizations with the opportunity to share the learning across all ERG leaders and other stakeholders.

The virtual 2023 Strategic ERG Leadership will be held September 27-28, 2023, and attendees of this event are eligible to receive 15 PDCs (Professional Development Credits).

Summit Workshop Feature: “Building a Mindset of Discovery: Innovating in the New Workplace” with John Sweeney and Margi Simmons of Brave New Outpost

This interactive workshop will focus on the mindset of discovery, and how you can transform your mindset to become more innovative and empathetic to better serve the people that you lead. Watch this video to learn more about the presentation, and how the mindset “be of service” can benefit you.

Innovation & Success Sharing Competition

This year, we have extended the Innovation Challenge to include an opportunity to also share your success stories from 2022.  Companies or individuals wanting to be part of the Innovation and Success Sharing Competition start doing so by attending pre-event workshops, that are included in the summit, helping them put together their success or innovation stories.

Career development and recognition

“The ERG Leadership Summit Sponsorship enabled us to be able to bring the learning to multiple members of our ERGs through the in-person and virtual events. Multiplied the learning as all of our ERG members could work together on the competition and work with other organizations to learn from them too. A priority annual event for our team offered from USC Marshall Center for Effective Organizations.”
