In this session, Alec Levenson and Maura Stevenson will explore the challenges of integrating work design with change management. Specific topics to be covered include:

• What it means to address change across multiple levels—individual, team, and business unit
• Do we need different change models to address the different levels?
• The challenge of defining roles, responsibilities, and processes before the change is launched, versus adapting as the learning and adaptation unfold
• The need for leaders to take a more adaptive approach in how they view the system and their team’s role during the change
