The impact of ERGs during COVID-19, social unrest, and the rest of 2020’s surprises

June 24, 2021 at 9:00 am - 10:00 am PDT

Learnings from the ERG Impact Model, Amazon, and Diversity Impact Awards

2020 was full of unprecedented “once-in-a-lifetime” events. Organizations jumped into action, moving employees into remote work environments while standing by to learn more about the implications of the pandemic. Not long after, organizations made public statements on their stance on the murder of George Floyd, sparking long overdue conversations about race and encouraging more serious organization-wide DEI efforts.

So what happened with ERGs? Join us for an opportunity to understand the impact of ERGs during the pandemic, social unrest, work from home, and more. In this webinar, Dr. Theresa Welbourne, CEO Senior Affiliated Research Scientist, will review the latest data measuring the impact of ERGs in 2020.  Dr. Welbourne will be joined by Anna Ettin, Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leader at Amazon, who will discuss how these events spurred changes at Amazon, and Cile Johnson, Chief Business Officer, Talent Dimensions who will discuss success stories and best practices from the 2020 Diversity Impact award winners.
