The annual strategic ERG leader and member research is designed to bring data-driven learning to anyone working in an ERG or thinking of starting an ERG program. Our goal in providing this research is to help ERG leaders learn from trend data and predictive analytics, use frameworks and models to measure the impact of ERGs, and elevate the profession of ERG leadership.
Over the years we have seen ERGs move beyond their core work in diversity and expand to drive innovation, new customer acquisition, and help employees and community members in times of crisis including COVID-19, social unrest, and more.
