Strategic Organization Design Workshop

The ability to design organizations that are efficient enough to drive performance and flexible enough to sustain advantage is a fundamental capability in today’s dynamic and competitive environment. Dynamic strategies call for new organizational forms that pose complex new design challenges at all levels and in all sub-systems of the organization. 

This workshop focuses on the design challenges of an increasingly digital economy where work, change and design issues are merging.

Strategic Organization Design Activation Workshop

In this highly interactive, practical workshop, participants will learn how to apply and leverage activation-related frameworks in addition to the frameworks and tools learned in the Strategic Organization Design workshop.  Real life case studies will be used to highlight applications.

May 13-15, 2025

Strategic Organization Design Application

Continuing upon the learnings and work completed in the Strategic Organization Design and Activation workshops, participants learn from faculty consultation through one-on-one coaching while working through a real design challenge within their organization. Participants are required to attend virtual coaching sessions with faculty, prepare a detailed design case, and present, via online webinar, among peers of the strategic organization design community.

Note: This application experience is only open to individuals who have already attended both the Strategic Organization Design and Strategic Organization Design Activation Workshops. After completing both workshops and participating in the Strategic Organizational Design Application experience, participants will gain an organization design certification.

Strategic ERG Leadership Summit

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are playing an increasingly valuable role in organizations as they directly address the growing social needs of businesses which leads to higher employee satisfaction. By creating affinity groups around identity, interest, or other shared traits, companies actively encourage deeper involvement by the workforce, which has not only a positive impact on culture, but also strategy and performance. 

We can all take action today to include everyone in growing our people and organizations.

Participants learn from faculty, experts in the field, and peers. The formal and informal learning leads to on-going improvement in the ways ERGs impact their businesses.

Driving Organizational Change with Data Masterclass

OD and PA are organized and implemented as separate spheres of expertise, with HRBPs drawing from both to help in their work. The problem for the business and HR is that this disjointed approach leaves tremendous value on the table, impacting strategy execution and organizational effectiveness. We need a more integrated approach to reveal actionable insights and produce meaningful change.

This workshop provides tools, frameworks, and insights for all three groups to improve practice and business impact.
