The Center for Effective Organizations (CEO) at the USC Marshall School of Business and Presenting Sponsor, Ecolab Inc., are proud to present the 2023 Strategic Employee Resource Group (ERG) Leadership Summit. Now in its 11th year, this data-driven learning event brings together ERG leaders, diversity, equity and inclusion executives, and executive sponsors for collaborative learning, innovation, and networking. This event has both an in person and virtual component, providing organizations with the opportunity to share the learning across all ERG leaders and other stakeholders.
The virtual 2023 Strategic ERG Leadership will be held September 27-28, 2023, and attendees of this event are eligible to receive 15 PDCs (Professional Development Credits).
This interactive workshop will focus on the mindset of discovery, and how you can transform your mindset to become more innovative and empathetic to better serve the people that you lead. Watch this video to learn more about the presentation, and how the mindset “be of service” can benefit you.
This year, we have extended the Innovation Challenge to include an opportunity to also share your success stories from 2022. Companies or individuals wanting to be part of the Innovation and Success Sharing Competition start doing so by attending pre-event workshops, that are included in the summit, helping them put together their success or innovation stories.
The Strategic ERG Leadership Summit includes leaders from organizations who have established Employee Resource Group (ERGs) or are just getting their programs started. Attendees include:
When you sponsor the Strategic ERG Leadership Summit, you are able to bring new learnings to your organization and teams, all with the partnership and support of a major university, the University of Southern California, and organization that’s been on the forefront of ERG research since 2009, the Center for Effective Organizations.
Participating also can improve your organization’s image, prestige and credibility in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion space. Sponsoring the Summit establishes your role as a key leader in your industry and signals your support for DE&I in the marketplace.
Supporting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts in the broader community can also help you recruit and retain desirable talent – the best people want to work for the best people. And it also helps show your DE&I commitment to staff members at all levels of your organization.
