The Post-Pandemic Workplace
Leaders: Alec Levenson and Dave Millner

It’s been a year since the economic shutdowns triggered by COVID-19 and we’re still a ways away from returning to anything resembling a new normal post-pandemic. In this session we will discuss:
- What are companies doing about going back to work? What does the road back to “normal” look like, and how does that differ from before COVID-19?
- How has the pandemic altered operating models? Has the pendulum now swung too far away from in-person work? There used to be excessive face time requirements but now will people be forced to work remotely even when that’s bad for collaboration, culture and productivity?
- Are there skills we need to be building in our leaders, team members, and within HR, to support an operating model where so much more work than before will persist as remote?
- Is it time for a new HR operating model?
